Christy Lynn, founder and CEO of Elevation Central and the Living Arts Yoga Institute, is a Personal Responsibility Coach, Conscious Leadership Guide, and Yoga Teacher Trainer/Mentor with nearly 30 years of experience in Yoga Philosophy & Therapeutics, Meditation, The Chakra System & Positive Psychology along with 20 years as an entrepreneur. She guides people into greater awareness, integrity, and purpose. Her work blends modern research & practical tools with timeless wisdom to help leaders rise, organizations thrive, and humans remember who they really are.

Emily Morgan
Emily is a 300-hour yoga teacher, sound healer, and embodiment mentor known for creating deeply transformative experiences rooted in presence, beauty, and energetic alignment. At Elevation Central, she leads private sessions, retreats, and community immersions designed to reconnect mind, body, and spirit. Her work integrates yoga, Ayurveda, sound, and intentional ritual to guide others into their most radiant expression.

John Chao

Dave Baez
Actor, artist, and visionary builder who created Harmony Hollow as a soulful response to life’s seasons of grief, transformation, and rebirth. After years in the entertainment industry and personal chapters of loss and awakening, Dave felt a call to return to the land - not just to build a personal retreat, but to offer a sanctuary where others could experience what he had found: healing, realignment, and the quiet magic of nature. Today, he brings his artistic sensibility and heart-centered leadership to Harmony Hollow, curating a place for people to breathe, reflect, and be restored.

Steven Roccazzella
Steven Roccazzella is a Wim Hof Instructor and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor currently in Nashville Tennessee.
Steven holds regular breath work/cold exposure classes all over Tennessee and the surrounding states. By blending the Wim Hof Method with Oxygen Advantage functional breathing practices, Steven has developed a well rounded breathwork training system allowing him to work with a wide spectrum of people in the addiction recovery community, professional athletes, music industry professionals, students, therapists, sales professionals, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs.
Steven specializes in working with populations in treatment for trauma, substance abuse, and mental health disorders. He also facilitates workshops, classes, and guided BreathWork journeys for small businesses and corporations. He has had the honor of bringing these experiences to bigger audiences here in Nashville most notably with the Nashville Predators Hockey Team and the Deep Tropics Music Festival.
