Elevation Central Academy is excited to offer a 3 week Holistic 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Immersion & Certification for  200 hour Yoga Teachers, Healers, Therapists and/or Coaches who are interested in teaching individuals and small groups through a more holistic, personal and customized approach. 

With a solid foundation in the philosophy, psychology and practical application of Yoga (alongside a wide variety of other modalities), this full time, well over 300 hour immersion is designed to empower teachers and healers in their personal practices as well as in their work with others.​

This all-inclusive lifestyle approach allows for the most individualized, deeply transformative & integrative experience.

Christy has certified hundreds of Yoga Teachers at the 200, 300 & 500 Hour Levels over the past 17 years and is committed to empowering those who are on the personal development path to deepen their personal practices, discover their authentic voice, learn practical tools to navigate the challenges, customize practices for individuals & small groups and feel confident in working with others if that is their work or their desire.
